Get league pricing →Stand sideways to the board with your dominant foot forward. Your eye, dart tip, and target should line up on the same vertical plane. Hold the dart by its barrel — not the shaft — with a relaxed grip. Pull your throwing arm back to your ear, then release with a smooth forward motion, following through toward the board. The dart should fly, not be pushed.
